CM Mohan Yadav stated that the ongoing development process under the guidance and leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is continuously transforming the landscape of Madhya Pradesh. Be it school education, tourism, or the expansion of industrial activities, the state is progressing steadily. A favourable environment for development and public welfare initiatives is present across all districts. Dr. Yadav addressed a public meeting during the inauguration, foundation-laying and Bhoomi-Puja ceremony of development works held in Rampura, Neemuch district.
CM Mohan Yadav remarked that the Neemuch-Mandsaur region, the gateway to Rajasthan, boasts captivating natural beauty, especially in Rampura. Known as the herbal capital, Neemuch-Mandsaur will gain a new identity through the Cheetah Project and industrial development. He noted, “Under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the cheetah reintroduction program began in Madhya Pradesh. With the arrival of cheetahs in the Gandhi Sagar area, tourism in Mandsaur-Neemuch will expand, generating new employment opportunities and fostering the development of home-stay facilities in villages. Local cuisines will also gain global recognition, and the world is watching these developments with hope and curiosity.
The Chief Minister praised the initiative to convert small tractors into sanitation chariots in Neemuch and Manasa. He commended the farmers of Neemuch-Mandsaur, which is nationally renowned for medicinal plant cultivation.
CM Mohan Yadav stated that wheat is being procured from farmers at Rs. 2,600 per quintal—a testament to the state government’s commitment to farmer welfare. As a result of steady progress, Madhya Pradesh’s per capita income has now reached Rs. 1,53,280. This reflects the success of the ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ (Together with all, development for all) approach under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership.
He pointed out that although the Gandhi Sagar Dam was constructed in 1960, displacing several villages, the surrounding areas did not benefit from drinking water or irrigation. The state government has now resolved to provide irrigation facilities from the dam to the entire region.
CM Mohan Yadav noted that regional industrial conclaves have been organized at divisional levels to promote industrial expansion and generate employment. Due to the government’s efforts, the industrial growth rate has reached 12%. He also announced the construction of a new building for the community health center in Rampura and the development of all internal roads in Rampura town. A new rest house will also be constructed there.
Dr. Yadav emphasized that forests in the state are thriving again, and the philosophy of “Live and Let Live” is taking root. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the cheetah reintroduction project in Madhya Pradesh has been successful. India now has the highest tiger population in the world, and Madhya Pradesh leads among Indian states. Two cheetahs are being released today in the Gandhi Sagar Sanctuary, and four more will be released next month. The increasing cheetah population will significantly boost tourism and employment for the local youth.
Inauguration of Swaraj Shooting’s Textile Unit
CM Mohan Yadav inaugurated a Rs. 150 crore textile manufacturing unit by M/s Swaraj Shooting in Neemuch. The unit will provide jobs to 750 women in the first phase.
32 Lakh Farmers to Receive Solar Pumps in 3 Years
The Chief Minister announced that over the next three years, 32 lakh farmers in the state will be given solar pumps for irrigation. Additionally, electricity connections will be provided to farmers for just ₹5. Families holding Ayushman cards will also have access to the PM Shri Air Ambulance service.
Employment-Oriented Industries Flourishing Across the State
CM Mohan Yadav stated that employment-oriented industries are being set up across Madhya Pradesh. The government will provide Rs. 5,000 per worker per month to the textile and yarn manufacturing sectors. This initiative will significantly boost women’s employment.
Praising Rampura’s natural beauty, Dr. Yadav said its scenic charm is truly dazzling. He also appreciated the distribution of sanitation chariots to Gram Panchayats and personally handed over the keys to sarpanches. Benefits under various self-employment schemes were also distributed to eligible beneficiaries. Folk dance artists welcomed the Chief Minister upon his arrival, and he visited the development exhibition at the venue.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Jagdish Deora and former Union Minister Shri Satyanarayan Jatiya also addressed the event. Among those present were MP Shri Sudhir Gupta, MLAs Shri Anirudh Maru, Shri Dilip Singh Parihar, Shri Hardeep Singh Dung, former Mandsaur MLA Shri Yashpal Singh Sisodia, and Chairman of the Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Welfare Board Shri Babulal Banjara, along with numerous public representatives and citizens.
