CM Mohan Yadav emphasized that regardless of where Indians live globally, they always stay connected to their cultural heritage, which is the essence of the nation’s identity. While they assimilate into local communities, their deep emotional bond with their roots remains intact, making this a defining characteristic of Indian identity.
Speaking at the NRI Summit organized by the Global Brilliance Forum, London, at Courtyard Marriott on Tuesday evening, CM Mohan Yadav highlighted India’s rich academic legacy. He referenced ancient centers of learning like Nalanda, Takshashila, and Vikramshila, which once imparted profound knowledge and attracted scholars from across the world.
During his interaction with NRIs from various countries, the Chief Minister showcased the key attractions of Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh, encouraging them to revisit the state. He also extended his gratitude to NRIs from the UK and other nations for their participation in the Global Investors Summit.
The event saw the presence of several distinguished guests, including Gerrards Cross Town Mayor Prerna Bhardwaj (Buckinghamshire, England), Aditya Pratap Singh (UK In-charge, Global Brilliance Forum), Jitendra Vaidya (UAE), Sanjay Nagarkar (President, India Connect, Hong Kong), Vinayak Girgune, Jaspal Singh, and Diwakar Shukla, who warmly welcomed the Chief Minister.
