CM Mohan Yadav : 3 officers and employees suspended, one terminated, and two denied salary increments
- Citizens received relief in matters related to scheme funds, scholarships, and revenue cases
CM Mohan Yadav has stated that officers and employees responsible for keeping citizens’ issues pending for long periods will be penalized. The primary goal of the state government is the welfare of the public. No work related to revenue, scholarship distribution, or approval and disbursement of scheme funds should remain pending. On Friday, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav resolved pending cases of citizens from various districts through video conferencing in the Samadhan Online initiative, from the Ministry. Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain and senior officers were present.
CM Mohan Yadav congratulated the districts with better performance in resolving complaints mentioned in the CM Helpline, and the officers who performed exceptionally under the CM Helpline. The districts of Sagar, Katni, Singrauli, Vidisha, and Sehore received praise. The top-performing departments include Energy, Urban Development, Women & Child Development, Panchayat Rural Development, and Home Department.
CM Mohan Yadav emphasized that pending cases must be resolved immediately, as an ongoing campaign is focused on accelerating public welfare activities. A campaign to ensure citizens benefit from schemes by going door-to-door has been running since December 11 and will continue until January 26. The goal is to complete the public welfare campaign activities by January 22.
CM Mohan Yadav also stressed that revenue-related tasks must be completed through the entire process. For instance, partition orders are not sufficient; they must also be represented on maps. Name transfer and boundary demarcation should follow the full process.
In the Samadhan Online initiative, the case of Shri Chandra Prakash Dhote from Betul district, concerning the partition application, was resolved.CM Mohan Yadav directed that such pending cases should be resolved under this campaign. The delay in providing a free bicycle to a student from Sagar, Sushri Khushboo Gurjar, was addressed immediately, and the bicycle was given upon the complaint in Samadhan Online. CM Mohan Yadav instructed that pending bicycle distribution cases in all districts be resolved. Additionally, Sushri Sheetal Tiwari, a student from Rewa, received the payment for the “Gaon Ki Beti” scheme through Samadhan Online. In this case, a decision was made to suspend one officer and terminate the service of another from the Higher Education Department.
Two Patwaris suspended, and a show-cause notice will be issued to an officer Regarding the complaint of Shri Anil Malviya from Bhopal about the absence of flooring in drains near his residence, CM Mohan Yadav instructed the suspension of the concerned Municipal Corporation employee’s salary increment. Regarding the complaint by Shri Samandar Singh from Guna district about not receiving relief money after his family member’s death due to snakebite,CM Mohan Yadav instructed the suspension of the Patwari and a show-cause notice to the concerned officer. CM Mohan Yadav emphasized the use of the Public Service Guarantee Act to ensure timely completion of tasks in such cases. Shri Rishi Purohit from Datia district had complained about his land being allocated to someone else and the lack of action for over a year. Dr. Yadav instructed the suspension of the responsible Patwari. Regarding Shri Hemant Jaiswal’s complaint from Guna district about not receiving the food grant, CM Mohan Yadav directed necessary improvements at the district and state level on the portal.
Veterinarian’s salary hike stopped
CM Mohan Yadav directed the provision of ex-gratia assistance to Shri Arif Ahmed of Morena district under the Sambal Yojana and ensured the release of the payment to Shri Madhav Singh Tomar of Alirajpur under the Pashu Bima Yojana. In response to the delay in providing the amount to Shri Tomar, the Chief Minister ordered the withholding of the salary increment of the responsible veterinary doctor.
If the possession of the land is not given, the increment of the employee will be stopped
In the case of Shri Ramesh Kumar Verma from Singrauli not receiving possession of his land, CM Mohan Yadav directed the withholding of the salary increment of the responsible employee from the Urban Development and Housing Department. Similarly, in the case of Shri Vijay Singh Chauhan from Jhabua district, the Chief Minister instructed the Collector to take action against the guilty employee for the delay in installing an electric transformer.
Delay in scholarship, action will be taken against the guilty officer
CM Mohan Yadav instructed strict action against the responsible officer for the delay in providing a scholarship to Shri Veer Singh from Bhind district. He further directed that steps be taken to ensure timely disbursement of scholarship amounts to all other eligible students.
Fine of 82 thousand rupees
Under Samadhan Online, in the case of Shri Rahul Singh from Bhedaghat, Jabalpur, a fine of ₹82,000 was imposed on the responsible individual for the delay in providing benefits under the Ayushman Yojana to the applicant. Additionally, instructions were issued to grant ₹5,000 to the applicant as relief, along with the treatment amount.
Farmer Production Organization Black List
In the case of Shri Ajay Kumar Patel from Sihora block, Jabalpur, CM Mohan Yadav directed the blacklisting of the guilty Farmer Producer Organization for failing to make payment for the moong purchase. He also ordered a thorough investigation into the matter and requested a detailed report on the findings.
The State Aims to Emerge as a Leader in School Education
CM Mohan Yadav instructed officials to prioritize the provision of key facilities for students. He emphasized the need to ensure the distribution of bicycles, uniforms, books, scholarships, and hostel facilities. For students without access to hostels, he directed that financial assistance for rented accommodation should be provided. CM Mohan Yadav stressed that a campaign should be launched to provide essential facilities in schools with full transparency and integrity. Additionally, efforts should be made to increase school enrollment through targeted campaigns. While Madhya Pradesh has been a leader in higher education, he highlighted the need to enhance efforts in the field of school education. A comprehensive review of the examination system, meetings of the task force committee, and addressing issues in schools without proper infrastructure will be conducted soon.
Madhya Pradesh has achieved significant progress in Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) in higher education, and similar advancements are now required in school education. CM Mohan Yadav emphasized the importance of leveraging e-mediums to provide students with access to lectures from the best teachers. He called for focused efforts to position Madhya Pradesh among the top five states in school education enrollment, ensuring broader access and quality learning opportunities for students
