CM Mohan Yadav participates in Lohri programme
CM Mohan Yadav said that Lohri, celebrated alongside the harvesting of the Rabi crop, is a festival that honors the generosity of Mother Earth and pays tribute to the hard work of farmers. He emphasized that every festival celebrated in our country brings joy and enthusiasm, and the vibrant events of the Punjabi community are a source of energy for all. Extending his greetings on the occasion of Lohri, Dr. Yadav wished for continued blessings and joy, hoping that festivals like these strengthen mutual bonds and bring communities closer together.
CM Mohan Yadav addressed the Lohri festival organized by the Punjabi Academy of the Culture Department at Ravindra Bhawan, Bhopal. The event was attended by Bhopal-Sehore Parliamentary Constituency MP Shri Alok Sharma, South-West Bhopal MLA Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani, Sushri. Neha Bagga, Director of Punjabi Sahitya Academy Shri Inderjit Singh Khanuja, and a large gathering of citizens.
CM Mohan Yadav took part in the traditional ritual of Lohri on this occasion. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by guest singer artist Shri Jogendra Mehndi and other artists. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honored the artists by presenting them with certificates of appreciation and bouquets.
