CM Mohan Yadav : Madhya Pradesh’s Doors Are Open to All ,Investors from Every Sector Are Welcome

CM Mohan Yadav highlighted that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has undergone transformational change over the last 11 years. Speaking at the ‘Invest in Madhya Pradesh Business Forum’ in Dubai, Dr. Yadav emphasized that PM Modi is deeply committed to uplifting even the poorest citizens, and Madhya Pradesh is fully aligned with this vision. The state is actively contributing to the country’s economic and industrial growth.

He assured that Madhya Pradesh offers not just benefits under its investor-friendly policies but also additional incentives beyond the formal policy framework to attract global investors. Addressing Dubai-based business leaders, he invited them to explore investment opportunities in sectors such as tourism, textiles, and MSMEs in Madhya Pradesh.

CM Mohan Yadav stressed that true entrepreneurship lies in reinvesting wealth to expand businesses and create greater impact. He praised the entrepreneurial spirit of Indian-origin industrialists in Dubai and expressed admiration for Dubai’s successful textile model, Texmas, which Madhya Pradesh plans to emulate.

Investment-Friendly Environment in Madhya Pradesh

CM Mohan Yadav affirmed that Madhya Pradesh is open to investment across sectors. His Dubai visit aimed to explore and expand these opportunities. Both central and state governments are working to improve the living standards of the poor, with Madhya Pradesh ensuring fair prices for agricultural produce. The Chief Minister also noted India’s rising cultural and culinary influence worldwide.

He remarked that the state’s doors are open to investors and that it is moving forward with a long-term development vision. Senior officials presented detailed overviews of Madhya Pradesh’s strengths to potential investors.

Historic Ties with Dubai and India’s Global Role

CM Mohan Yadav reflected on the deep historical connections between India and Dubai, dating back to the 19th century. He noted how Dubai evolved from a fishing and pearl diving hub into a global economic center, adding that the region’s inclusive spirit mirrors India’s values. He praised the success of Indians in the UAE, many of whom excelled without elite academic degrees but through life experiences and hard work.

He also recognized the popularity of Indian cuisine and spices in Dubai, and the city’s image as a hub of infrastructure—known for its metros and bullet trains. Yet, he added, the warmth and affection shown by the Indian community in Dubai are even more valuable.

Operation Sindoor and National Security

The CM emphasized that the digital era has revolutionized global business, enabling large-scale transactions without physical presence. He linked this technological transformation to modern warfare, citing Operation Sindoor as proof of India’s capability to eliminate threats at the root. India, he said, believes in peace but takes a firm stand against terrorism.

Commerce as a Tool to Empower the Poor

CM Mohan Yadav highlighted that since 2014, PM Modi has strengthened trade ties with Dubai, including slashing 90% of customs duties under CEPA. Recognizing Dubai as a global gateway, he said its development model is being replicated globally. Madhya Pradesh will build strong partnerships with Dubai across food supply chains and other industries.

India’s economy, once 11th globally, is now heading toward the third position. He credited the Tata Group for its impact on aviation and praised national infrastructure projects like metros, Vande Bharat, and the upcoming Ahmedabad–Mumbai bullet train. Dr. Yadav also lauded PM Modi’s efforts to repatriate India’s gold reserves, boosting national pride.

Agriculture and Farmer Welfare

The Chief Minister shared that Madhya Pradesh has developed strategies to ensure fair prices for crops like wheat. Efforts are underway to link farmers’ produce with better-paying markets. The state has a large pool of skilled labor, and global interest is growing in its agriculture and food processing industries.
