CM Mohan Yadav : On the special occasion of Republic Day, it is a great honor for me to visit the birthplace of Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar and pay my respects to him
On the 76th Republic Day anniversary, CM Mohan Yadav visited Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow), the birthplace of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. He paid his respects by garlanding the statue of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution, and offering floral tributes.
CM Mohan Yadav remarked, “Republic Day, January 26th, is the most significant festival for us. It is because of Babasaheb that our Republic gained global recognition. His birthplace is one of the five major pilgrimage sites. On this Republic Day, visiting Dr. Babasaheb’s birthplace and offering respects is truly fortunate. Being here is like visiting a sacred pilgrimage site.”
On this occasion, Rajya Sabha MP Ms. Kavita Patidar, MLA Ms. Usha Thakur, and other public representatives, along with senior administrative officials, were also present.
