CM Mohan Yadav said that the state government will provide grants to support the prosperity of farmers in Rajgarh district, focusing on the establishment of agriculture-based industries, milk processing units, and food industry parks. He said that the state’s mothers and sisters are increasingly becoming empowered, with initiatives like Drone Didi and Lakhpati Didi transforming the lives of women under various schemes. Recognizing the vital role of women as the foundation of families in Indian tradition, Dr. Yadav noted that the state government has reserved 35 percent of government jobs for women. Furthermore, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, women will now benefit from 33 percent reservation in the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha.Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also highlighted the state’s historic decision to ban liquor sales in religious cities and announced plans to develop sites associated with Lord Krishna’s leelas as Divya and Devasthan centers. Looking ahead, he said preparations have already begun for Simhastha 2028, with plans to establish a permanent Simhastha city in Ujjain.
CM Mohan Yadav said that the state government, committed to the welfare of farmers, is procuring wheat at ₹2600 per quintal. For the protection and welfare of cows, the grant provided to government-run cowsheds has been doubled from ₹20 to ₹40 per cow. Additionally, grants will be extended to support the establishment of cowsheds under district panchayats, municipal corporations, and municipalities. Highlighting efforts to boost farmers’ income through animal husbandry, Dr. Yadav mentioned the launch of the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Kamdhenu Yojana. Under this scheme, cattle rearers are being offered a 25 percent subsidy for maintaining a herd ranging from a minimum of 25 to a maximum of 200 cows.
CM Mohan Yadav said that the courtyard of Kapileshwar Mahadev in Sarangpur evokes a divine feeling similar to that experienced at the Baba Mahakal temple. He described Rajgarh as a unique district with a rich and glorious history. Highlighting development initiatives, Dr. Yadav stated that under the leadership of the “Bhagirath of modern India,” Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the state government has launched the Jal Ganga Samvardhan Abhiyan to conserve water resources.He noted that while migration was once a major issue in Rajgarh, the situation has significantly improved over time. Rajgarh is now recognized as an aspiring district. Areas such as Sarangpur, Narsinghgarh, and Biaora within the district are excelling not only in vegetable production but also in grain cultivation.
CM Mohan Yadav said that Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the belief that the world is one family — has been the cornerstone of Sanatan culture. However, he emphasized that if provoked, the New India will not hesitate to strike back decisively, even entering enemy territory if necessary. Referring to the recent cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Dr. Yadav highlighted that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has vowed to pursue the perpetrators to the very ends of the earth and bring them to justice. He further asserted that India’s military forces have consistently upheld the nation’s honor by bravely confronting its enemies.
CM Mohan Yadav on Monday, visited the Kapileshwar Mahadev Temple, located on the banks of the Kalisindh River in Sarangpur, Rajgarh district, and offered prayers to Lord Bholenath. As part of the Jal Ganga Samvardhan Abhiyan, Dr. Yadav also participated in Shramdaan alongside Jaldoots, contributing to efforts aimed at conserving every drop of water. Under this major campaign, restoration work on ancient rivers, ponds, lakes, and other water sources is actively underway across the state. Following the temple visit, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inspected a cowshed and performed Gau Seva by worshipping Mother Cow. He formally inaugurated the program by lighting the ceremonial lamp and also performed Kanya Pujan as a mark of reverence and tradition.
CM Mohan Yadav visited various stalls and the development exhibition featuring departments and initiatives such as the Skill Development and Employment Department, Horticulture Department, National Rural Livelihood Mission, Drone Didi, and the Water Corporation. During the visit, he gathered information about different products and initiatives showcased.He noted with pride that Rajgarh is the first district in the state where all police stations have achieved ISO certification. A short film highlighting the certification process and the working style of the Rajgarh Police was also screened during the program. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav commended the police for their efforts in rehabilitating individuals who had abandoned criminal activities and returned to mainstream society.
CM Mohan Yadav inaugurated and performed the Bhoomi Pujan for 733 development projects worth ₹112.10 crore for Rajgarh district. Among these, 633 projects are part of the Jal Ganga Samvardhan Abhiyan, including the construction of 590 Amrit Sarovars and 10,500 new farm ponds. Additionally, projects such as the Primary Health Center, a Girls’ Hostel, and tap water supply works, collectively worth ₹5.70 crore, were also inaugurated.Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced the construction of a grand bridge in Sarangpur and four health centers at a cost of ₹2.04 crore. He further announced plans to connect Sarangpur to the four-lane highway at a cost of ₹44 crore and to link it to AB Road with an investment of ₹38 crore. In a compassionate gesture, Dr. Yadav also declared financial assistance of ₹5 lakh each for three patients undergoing treatment for serious illnesses like cancer.
Minister of State for Employment and Skill Development, Shri Gautam Tetwal, highlighted that Sarangpur is renowned for its association with Lord Ram’s Sarang Dhanush. He recalled that in 1824, King Kumbha of Narsinghgarh had defeated the British in Sarangpur, marking a proud historical moment. Shri Tetwal praised Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav for emphasizing the critical importance of water conservation in the state and expressed his gratitude to him for sanctioning development works worth ₹1,500 crore for Sarangpur. He also suggested the establishment of an industrial area and a solar plant in Sarangpur to boost employment opportunities for the youth.
