CM Mohan Yadav emphasized that, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh has witnessed significant growth across various sectors, particularly in industries. He acknowledged industrialists as key contributors to the state’s progress, recognizing their role in providing employment and supporting families. In appreciation of their contributions, the news organization honored them with the Industry Excellence Award, while the industrial sector also expressed its gratitude by felicitating Dr. Yadav.
CM Mohan Yadav highlighted that Madhya Pradesh has adopted a decentralized development model aligned with Prime Minister Modi’s vision. He stressed ongoing efforts to promote industrialization, create job opportunities for youth, and strengthen the economy, emphasizing the importance of industrialists in achieving a self-reliant Madhya Pradesh.
He also noted that Prime Minister Modi’s global reputation is unmatched, citing how both Russia and Ukraine responded to his appeal during the conflict, facilitating the safe evacuation of Indian and other foreign students from crisis zones.
Promoting Ethical and Inclusive Development
CM Mohan Yadav underlined the crucial role of industries in driving national progress. He stated that development must be guided by ethical values and philanthropy, beyond just governance responsibilities like infrastructure and law enforcement. He also highlighted the success of the Global Investors Summit (GIS), which fostered an environment conducive to investment and economic growth. The state government remains committed to improving the lives of its nearly 90 million residents.
CM Mohan Yadav further mentioned that in the previous year, the government disbursed Rs. 5,260 crore in industrial investment subsidies through a transparent Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system, ensuring that no pending payments remained. Both large and small industries benefitted from these initiatives, reaffirming the government’s commitment to economic growth. He emphasized that GIS was not merely an event but a reflection of the state’s dedication to fostering investment.
Industrialists Honor CM Dr. Yadav
During the event, industrialists honored CM Mohan Yadav for his industry-friendly policies, his role in successfully organizing the Global Investors Summit, and his efforts in securing investment proposals worth Rs. 30.77 lakh crore. The event was attended by key officials, including Principal Secretary of the Department of Industrial Policy & Investment Promotion, Shri Raghvendra Kumar Singh, and Commissioner of Public Relations, Dr. Sudam Khade.
