CM Mohan Yadav : India is the youngest country in the world and Madhya Pradesh is the youngest state
- PARTH Yojana and M.P.Y.P. schemes launched online
CM Mohan Yadav stated that it is Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision for India’s youth to play a leading role in representing not just the country but the world by the centenary year of independence in 2047. He said that the youth will give a new direction to the nation’s development.CM Mohan Yadav stated this during the closing ceremony of the three-day state-level Yuva Mahotsav-2025, held at the badminton hall of T.T. Nagar stadium. On this occasion, he launched two significant schemes: PARTH and Yuva Prerak Abhiyan ‘M.P.Y.P.’ to support and empower the youth.
CM Mohan Yadav announced that the Sports Department will organize training programmes under the PARTH Yojana for the youth of the state aspiring to serve in the army and police. These training programmes will be conducted at 10 locations across the state and will be self-financed, with trainees required to pay a minimal fee. Under the MPYP scheme, the focus is on connecting the youth with skill development, career, and employment opportunities. The scheme aims to empower the youth of the state by helping them enhance their skills and abilities, thus laying a strong foundation for their future.
Youth has the ecstasy of joy
CM Mohan Yadav said that the mind has been filled with such joy by the presentation of this wonderful confluence of art and artists, which is difficult to explain. There is a feeling of ecstasy in youth power. A glimpse of tomorrow’s young India can be seen in today’s youth. A colourful dance-drama was presented by the winning members of Yuva Utsav to welcome CM Mohan Yadav . He praised the performance given by the artists in the dance drama wholeheartedly. He described the playback singer as the form of Lata Mangeshkar of the state. Dr. Yadav praised the wonderful presentation of the form of Maa Durga and Chandi by the artists in Bundeli singing and dance. CM Mohan Yadav went among the winning youth and artists and took selfies and photographs with them.
CM Mohan Yadav observed various presentations by teams from different divisions during the 28th State Level Youth Festival. He witnessed the performance of the Sagar Division, which won in the group folk song category, and the Gwalior Division, which won in the group folk dance category. Dr. Yadav also viewed the painting by Shri Ayush Kushwaha from Jabalpur Division, who secured first place, and Sushri Sanskriti Srivastava from Indore Division, who came second. Additionally, he observed the science models presented by Sushri Pallavi Ade from Jabalpur Division, who won first place for her Gluco Breathe Lyser model, and Shri Aman Dhakad from Gwalior Division, who came second with his Biogas Compressor model.CM Mohan Yadav gathered information about the models and encouraged both students for their innovative contributions.
Prime Minister will interact with the youth
Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Shri Vishwas Kailash Sarang informed that the 28th State Level Youth Festival was held in Bhopal from January 6 to 8, 2025. As part of the festival, special district, division, and state-level youth festivals were organized across the state. Minister Sarang shared that 45 selected youths from the festival will present their views and ideas on creating a developed India in front of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on January 11, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. This year’s Yuva Mahotsav saw 350 participants from 10 divisions competing in seven categories: group folk songs, group folk singing, painting, speech, science fair, story writing, and poetry writing. In total, 10,500 youth participants took part at the district level from December 18 to 26, and 1,700 youths participated at the divisional level from January 3 to 5, 2025.
At the outset, CM Mohan Yadav was warmly welcomed by Minister Shri Vishwas Sarang, who presented him with a memento and a bouquet. The event was also attended by Bhopal Mayor Smt. Malti Rai, Additional Chief Secretary for Sports Shri Manu Shrivastava, Director of Sports Shri Ravi Kumar Gupta, along with a large number of youth and other dignitaries.
