CM Nayab Singh Saini : In his first ‘Mann Ki Baat’ of 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the rising startup culture in cities like Ambala and Hisar in Haryana. He expressed his delight that these cities are becoming key startup hubs and noted that the startup scene is not limited to larger cities, with more than half of the startups in smaller cities being led by women. CM Nayab Singh Sainii expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister for his recognition.

CM Nayab Singh Saini, who listened to the 118th episode of Prime Minister Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program in Kaithal on Sunday, addressed party workers afterward. He highlighted that Prime Minister Modi had specifically praised the startups from Ambala and Hisar. He also noted that Haryana is home to many young entrepreneurs whose startups are achieving remarkable success, with turnovers ranging from Rs 100 to 200 crores.

CM Nayab Singh Saini stated that the state government is focused on making Haryana a top startup hub, aligning with the national initiatives of ‘Make in India’ and ‘Startup India.’ Efforts are underway to position Haryana as a key player in the national startup ecosystem, aiming not only to drive economic growth but also to create new job opportunities for the youth. The state government is actively considering new schemes in the 2025-26 budget to further promote startups.

CM Nayab Singh Saini described Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program as an inspiring source for youth and encouraged party workers to listen to it every month with citizens at their local booths. He urged them to engage as many people, especially the youth, as possible in the program.

CM Nayab Singh Saini also acknowledged Prime Minister Modi’s praise for Kaithal’s young farmer, Virendra Yadav, for his work in stubble management. He emphasized that both the Central and State Governments are working tirelessly for the welfare of the people, and this has resulted in the formation of the BJP government with a significant majority in Haryana for the third consecutive term. He urged party workers to address people’s grievances and meet their expectations.

CM Nayab Singh Saini also highlighted that, for the first time in history, 24,000 youth were given government jobs immediately upon the formation of the government. He expressed confidence that the Bharatiya Janata Party would secure another victory in Haryana in 2029.

The Chief Minister noted that Prime Minister Modi had discussed the contributions of the Constituent Assembly members, the Maha Kumbh, India’s achievements in space, and the bravery of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose during his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program. He reminded that January 23 is observed as Parakram Diwas to honor Netaji’s legacy.

In response to a journalist’s question, the Chief Minister reaffirmed the Haryana government’s zero-tolerance policy toward corruption, stating that any form of corruption will not be tolerated.

MLA Satpal Jambha, former Minister Kamlesh Dhanda, and former MLA Leela Ram were also present at the event.
