Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini stated that the government is driving development across the state with a clear vision, ensuring that every citizen benefits directly from its welfare schemes. He emphasized that the government remains committed to safeguarding the interests of the common people and implementing well-planned initiatives for their upliftment.
During his visit to Faridabad on Sunday,CM Nayab Singh Saini engaged in direct interactions with the public and paid tribute to eminent personalities by garlanding their statues. While addressing the people, he highlighted the government’s ongoing efforts to enhance rail and road connectivity, including plans to extend metro services from Ballabhgarh to Palwal in the near future.
CM Nayab Singh Saini reiterated the government’s unwavering dedication to public service, ensuring that citizens receive government benefits at their doorstep. He affirmed that both the Central and State Governments are committed to inclusive and unbiased development. To further convenience the public, the Haryana Government has introduced Samadhan Shivir camps at sub-division and district offices on all working days, ensuring swift resolution of issues across all sections of society.
CM Nayab Singh Saini also stressed the government’s efforts to improve the standard of living for residents. Essential services are now available online, reducing the need for frequent office visits and promoting efficiency and transparency. Additionally, Haryana’s traffic infrastructure has been significantly upgraded, making transportation more accessible with an expanded road network and enhanced road safety measures.
He highlighted the success of the Transport Department’s HAPPY Card Scheme, which is proving to be highly beneficial for the underprivileged. In the health sector, the government remains deeply committed to citizens’ well-being through the Chirayu Yojana, which provides free medical treatment of up to ₹5 lakh annually for financially weaker families via Ayushman cards. These cards are issued free of cost to families with an annual income of up to ₹1.80 lakh, while those earning up to ₹3 lakh can avail them for a nominal fee of ₹1,500. Additionally, the scheme has been extended to senior citizens above 70 years of age, offering them free Ayushman cards.
Education has also been a key focus, with a strong emphasis on promoting higher education for girls by increasing the number of colleges across the state. Haryana has become the first state in India to commit to fully implementing the National Education Policy by 2025. Furthermore, the recruitment process for government jobs is now conducted purely on merit, eliminating any scope for bribery or favoritism.
On the sports front, Haryana continues to gain global recognition, with its athletes excelling in international competitions and winning medals. To further promote sports at the grassroots level, the government is establishing open gyms, vyamshalas, and playgrounds in villages, while also appointing trainers to support aspiring athletes.
