CM Nayab Singh Saini stated that the state government has allocated ₹1.52 crore for development projects in Tatka village. This funding is driving the village’s transformation, and he assured that there would be no shortage of funds for future development. Additionally, he transferred ₹21 lakh directly to the Panchayat’s account to support ongoing projects and pledged to address all the demands presented by the Sarpanch during the program.
CM Nayab Singh Saini made these remarks while addressing villagers during a thanksgiving tour in Tatka village, Kurukshetra, on Sunday. On this occasion, Village Sarpanch Dhoni Chandan honored him.
CM Nayab Singh Saini also announced that on April 14, Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi would visit the state on the occasion of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar’s Jayanti. During this visit, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Maharaja Agrasen Airport in Hisar and lay the foundation stone for the 800 MW Super Thermal Unit Project in Yamunanagar, a ₹7,272 crore initiative aimed at meeting the state’s growing electricity demand. The Chief Minister emphasized that Haryana is ensuring 24-hour electricity supply to both villages and cities and urged the people of Tatka to attend the Prime Minister’s program in large numbers.
Commending the villagers for their active participation in the elections,CM Nayab Singh Saini assured them that the government is equally committed to the village’s development. He directed that all demands put forth by the village Sarpanch would be forwarded to the relevant departments for implementation. He also granted permission to commence construction of the community center at the Sarpanch’s discretion.
During the program, the Sarpanch, representing the villagers, submitted several requests, including the construction of a road connecting Bargat village to Tatka, a community center named after Maharaja Shoorsaini, and a Saini Dharamshala. Other demands included setting up a kitchen and solar system at the village’s old age home, improving roadways bus services for better connectivity, and appointing doctors at the local primary health center.
Former Minister of State Sh. Subhash Sudha, Chairman Dharamveer Mirzapur, and other dignitaries were also present at the event.
