On the completion of 100 days of the government, CM Nayab Singh inaugurates 324 crèches across the state.
Haryana CM Nayab Singh today launched 324 crèches across the state, marking a significant step toward women and child welfare. These centers are designed to support working women in their professional lives while offering a nurturing and safe environment for their children.
CM Nayab Singh addressed a press conference today to mark the completion of 100 days of the third term of the Haryana Government. Cabinet Ministers Sh. Anil Vij, Sh. Vipul Goel, Sh. Shyam Singh Rana, Sh. Ranbir Gangwa, Smt. Shruti Choudhry, and Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Dr. Krishan Lal Middha were present on the occasion.
During his speech, CM Nayab Singh highlighted various government schemes aimed at empowering women and children, emphasizing the government’s ongoing efforts to make Haryana a prosperous, strong, and equality-based state.
CM Nayab Singh stated that empowering women by making them self-reliant is a key priority for the government. To accelerate the ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ campaign, it has been decided that all women Sarpanches will become brand ambassadors for their villages.
CM Nayab Singh also mentioned the ‘Bima Sakhi Yojana,’ launched by Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi from Panipat, to empower women. Under this scheme, women will receive a monthly salary of Rs 7,000 in the first year, Rs 6,000 in the second year, and Rs 5,000 in the third year, along with insurance commissions and an additional monthly incentive of Rs 2,100.
CM Nayab Singh further explained that the state government provides gas cylinders to poor families for just Rs 500 per month under the ‘Har Ghar-Har Grihini Yojana,’ benefiting 13.24 lakh families. Additionally, the government has increased the honorarium for Anganwadi workers by Rs 750 and for assistants by Rs 400 per month.
CM Nayab Singh mentioned that the Prime Minister had announced the launch of the Lakhpati Didi Yojana on Independence Day 2023. This initiative supports women in the state by providing skill development training to help them establish micro enterprises. The goal is to empower 5 lakh women as ‘Lakhpati Didi,’ and so far, 1.85 lakh women have achieved this status.
CM Nayab Singh also shared that the Haryana Government plans to provide drone pilot training to 5,000 women in line with the ‘Namo Drone Didi’ vision. As of now, 100 women have received free drones after completing their training. They will be given drones worth up to Rs 8 lakh at no cost.

Arun Kumar Gupta, Commissioner and Secretary of the Department of Information, Public Relations, Language, and Culture Dr. Amit Kumar Agrawal, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Dr. Saket Kumar, Director General of the Department of Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Sh. K. Makarand Pandurang, Political Secretary to the Chief Minister Sh. Tarun Bhandari, Media Secretary Sh. Praveen Attrey, along with administrative secretaries of other departments, were present.
