CM Nitish Kumar laid the foundation stone of total 06 schemes worth Rs 1433.77 crore under Patna district.
CM Nitish went to Didarganj and Barh and laid the foundation stone of various schemes through remote unveiling. This includes 4-laning of State Highway No. 106- Didarganj-Fatuha-Bakhtiyarpur-Karjan road at a cost of Rs.1065.53 crore, development of cremation ground and construction of electric crematorium near Umanath temple complex of Barh at a cost of Rs.9.5 crore and widening of Bakhtiyarpur-Barh-Mokama road from 45.70 km Athmalgola to Mokama Bata Chowk at a cost of Rs.249.88 crore. Besides, construction of bridge over Dhoba river between Hidayatpur and Manjhauli in Bakhtiyarpur at a cost of Rs 11.92 crore, beautification and development of civic amenities of Umanath temple complex of Barh at a cost of Rs 67.74 crore and construction of Barh Water Drainage at a cost of Rs 29.65 crore.
During the program, the Chief Minister said that the widening of the four-lane road from Didarganj to Karjan will facilitate traffic. The construction of an elevated bypass at Bakhtiyarpur and a flyover at Fatuha will further ease the movement of people.
The Chief Minister also visited Sadi Ghat in Bakhtiyarpur and took an update on the development works being carried out at Sadi Ghat. The Chief Minister conducted an on-the-spot inspection of the bypass of Didarganj-Fatuha-Bakhtiyarpur-Karjan road. During this, the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions to the officials.
The Chief Minister prayed for happiness, peace and prosperity of the state by offering prayers at Sri Radhe Krishna Temple in Bakhtiyarpur and Umanath Temple in Barh.
