CM Pushkar Singh Dhami launched the Information and Communication Technology enabled services at Mukhya Sevak Sadan in the Chief Minister’s Camp Office on Tuesday. These include inauguration of Digital Uttarakhand App, inauguration of 66 websites based on secure, scalable and accessible S3WAS platform, inauguration of GIS based web app developed for real time tracking of garbage lifting vehicles in urban area, launch of application innovation of AI in 1905 CM Helpline operated for public convenience and launch of web based application for encroachment monitoring.

The Chief Minister said that the 66 new government websites based on the S3Was platform will bring departmental information to the public in a secure, quick and transparent manner. The GIS-based web app will enable real-time monitoring of garbage-carrying vehicles in urban areas.
For the prevention of encroachment, through a web-based app, any citizen will be able to upload a photo or video of the encroachment, on which the concerned department will immediately check and ensure action. The entire process can be done online. He said that 1905 CM Helpline is an important medium of communication between the citizens of the state and the government. This service will also have AI based features for autocategorization of complaints, quick resolution and follow up monitoring in an even better way.
The Chief Minister said that special priority is being given to works like online education, e-health service and digitization of land records in the state. Efforts are being made to provide the benefits of many government services to the people sitting at home through the eDistrict Portal and CM Dashboard. Smart classrooms and learning platforms for students are also being expanded. Advice of specialist doctors is also being provided to the citizens of remote areas through telemedicine and eSanjeevani services at home. 886 services are being made available online through the ‘Apni Sarkar “portal.
About 95 per cent of the villages in the state have telecommunication connectivity.
