CM Pushkar Singh Dhami launched the poster of Hindi film “5th September” at the Chief Minister’s camp office on Friday. The film has been shot entirely in Uttarakhand and is a powerful attempt to showcase the state’s cultural heritage, natural beauty and local talent on the national stage.
CM Pushkar Singh said that Uttarakhand is becoming a favourite destination for film production. He said that the state government is providing all possible support under the film policy so that more and more producers and directors make films on the soil of Uttarakhand and the youth of the state get employment and platform.
CM Pushkar Singh said that such films not only encourage the talent of Uttarakhand but also help in tourism and cultural promotion. He wished the film team all the best and hoped that the film will be successful in touching the hearts of the audience. Director of the film Shri Kunal Shumsher Malla, artists Shri Sanjay Mishra, Shri Brijendra Kala, Shri Rishabh Khanna, Shri Bhuvan Khanna and Shri Deepraj Rana were present on the occasion.
