Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta conducted a Jan Sunwayi (public hearing) programme at her camp office on Raj Niwas Marg on Wednesday, engaging directly with citizens to hear their grievances and concerns. The Chief Minister emphasized that every complaint must be addressed with sensitivity and urgency, ensuring that citizens receive their rights and timely access to public services.
During the session, CM Gupta reiterated that resolving public issues promptly is a top priority for the government. She highlighted that effective public dialogue forms the cornerstone of transparent and accountable governance.
