CM Vishnudev Sai attended the Brahma Bhoj and Sneh Milan function organized by Prajapita Brahma Kumaris University here today. Speaking on the occasion, he said that through satsang and meditation, auspicious resolutions are awakened in the mind, and when they are adopted in life, they contribute to the development of society and the nation.
Appreciating the efforts being made by Brahma Kumaris Sansthan in the field of spiritual awareness and social service, CM Vishnudev Sai said that this institution is not only spreading spirituality but also playing an important role in nation building. He expressed gratitude to the institution for the tradition of Brahma Bhoj for the members of the Assembly. On this occasion, Brahmakumari Hemlata Didi and Sarita Didi felicitated all the guests including Chief Minister Shri Sai with shawls, shrifals and mementos.
National recognition to de-addiction campaign
CM Vishnudev Sai appreciated the special de-addiction campaign launched by Brahma Kumaris Sansthan. He said that drugs have become a major problem not only for an individual but for the entire society and nation. This is especially true for young people. It is not only harmful to health, but is also causing road accidents, violence and disintegration of families. Extending best wishes for the success of the campaign, he said that yoga and meditation bring balance in one’s life and develop a positive mindset.
