UP CM Yogi Adityanath ji inaugurated the ‘Shaurya Samman 2025’ program organized by India News, ITV Network here today. On this occasion, he honored the family members of the brave martyrs.While addressing the program, the Chief Minister said that the sacrifice of the martyrs is the life of the country and society, Indian tradition has always inspired us for this. The long series of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country and religion has always provided new life to the country and society.
CM Yogi ji said that brave soldiers protect the country’s borders regardless of winter, summer and rain. While we are attending this conclave here, even at this time, the brave soldiers of Mother India are vigilantly protecting the country’s borders in adverse conditions. The entire northern India is currently in the grip of a severe cold wave. Even in this severe cold wave, the soldiers of the Indian Army, security forces and police forces are continuously patrolling.They are creating a sense of security in the minds of the common people. By respecting these heroes and taking care of their families, we can fulfil our responsibilities towards the nation.
Today, the ITV Network here honoured the families of the soldiers martyred in the wars of 1965 and 1971 against Pakistan and also the soldiers who took part in those wars.The families of the martyred soldiers who participated and provided leadership in the operations conducted at various places in the country from time to time were also honoured.The state government made a policy in the year 2017 that if army, paramilitary and police personnel are martyred while performing their duty, then the government will take responsibility of their families. In Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has set an action plan for the next 25 years to make India developed. If every citizen of the country moves forward with this action plan,There is no reason why in the year 2047, when the country will be celebrating the centenary of its independence, India will be in front of everyone as a major power in the world. To achieve this goal, the Prime Minister called upon the countrymen to do Panchpran.These Panchpranas include important points like total elimination of elements of slavery, feeling proud of our great men and giving respect to the soldiers of the security forces.
CM Yogi ji said that security is the first priority for any civilized society. A civilized society cannot be imagined without an environment of security. In the Satyug, people were attached to religious and moral values with spontaneous feelings.Circumstances kept changing with time. Many systems also kept developing to control these circumstances. Today we are living in independent India.We should take advantage of our freedom but our freedom should not become an obstacle to the freedom of others. The Constituent Assembly was formed before independence. The first condition of security in the Constitution given by Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar as the architect of the Constitution is good governance. CM Yogi ji said that many reforms have been done to improve the efficiency of the state police force personnel. Training methods have been changed. Police infrastructure facilities have been expanded. One and a half lakh police personnel were recruited. Before 2017, the police used to run away and the criminals used to chase them. After 2017, the police is bringing the criminals to justice.This changed form is presenting the new Uttar Pradesh of the new India. Where there is security, respect and one’s own identity.Major infrastructure works are also being carried out. When the Ganga Expressway is completed by the end of this year, 55 percent of the country’s expressways will be in Uttar Pradesh. The state has the longest railway network, maximum airports, maximum metro operations, maximum municipal bodies.
CM Yogi ji said that today Uttar Pradesh is a safe and riot-free state. All the work in the state is being conducted spontaneously. The foundation of these changed circumstances is the improved condition of security and law and order.. For this we have also lost our brave soldiers. Today the state is the state inviting the highest investment in the country. The state received investment proposals worth Rs 40 lakh crore.This investment guarantees 1.25 crore jobs. People from every category are being provided employment in the government and private sectors on the basis of merit without any discrimination.This is a state that gives pride to the faith of India. The world’s largest religious and spiritual gathering Maha Kumbh 2025 is going to be held in Prayagraj in the state between 13 January and 26 February 2025. Scriptural evidence shows that this auspicious moment has come after 144 years.Prayagraj has been transformed through the Maha Kumbh event. A person who would have visited Prayagraj 07 years ago would not be able to recognize the new Prayagraj today. This is an unprecedented example of carrying forward the development plan of a city.
CM Yogi ji said that for the convenience of the devotees coming to Maha Kumbh, a framework for systematic development was prepared by making Prayagraj and the districts around it the axis of development.More than 200 roads were converted from single lane to double lane, double lane to four lane and four lane to six lane. 14 new flyovers have been built in Prayagraj in one year. The railway station has been renovated. The airport has been given a new look. New corridors have been built in Prayagraj. These include Akshayvat, Saraswati Devi Temple, Bade Hanuman Ji Temple, Shringverpur, the meeting place of Maharishi Bhardwaj, Lord Shri Ram and Nishad Raj Guha, and Patalpuri Corridor.
CM Yogi ji said that more than 40 crore devotees will visit Prayagraj during the period of Maha Kumbh 2025. This number will be equal to the third most populous country in the world.Ghats of 12 to 15 kilometres length have been constructed there. In one day, 10 crore devotees will be able to easily take bath in Triveni and attain merit. Land allocation process has been done for more than 10 thousand organizations. Zero liquid discharge system has been made for Swachh Maha Kumbh. More than 1.5 lakh toilets have been constructed in the city and Kumbh area on the lines of airplane toilets.
CM Yogi ji said that every person of the country and the world is eager to come to Prayagraj. Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the state government is moving forward with full commitment to present this entire program as a digital Maha Kumbh with full grandeur and divinity. This Maha Kumbh will be known as Digital Maha Kumbh. Prayagraj has been prepared as a Maha Kumbh of faith and modernity. Arrangement for a digital map of Maha Kumbh-2025 has also been made.Mahakumbh can be tested on the standard of cleanliness. Every person entering Mahakumbh can be traced through digital medium. Traffic system in Prayagraj has also been made digital.
