Speaking at the event, CM Yogi stressed that encouraging private super-specialty hospitals and supporting private medical colleges will help make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for the people of the state.

Focus on Affordable Healthcare
CM Yogi emphasized that private sector participation will complement the government’s efforts to provide affordable healthcare services. By inviting private investments, the state aims to improve the availability of advanced medical treatments while keeping costs manageable for citizens.
Healthcare experts have welcomed the government’s move, saying that public-private partnerships (PPPs) in the medical sector can significantly enhance patient care, reduce treatment costs, and increase accessibility in both urban and rural areas.
With 81 medical colleges already operational in Uttar Pradesh and plans to further expand private healthcare, CM Yogi’s initiative marks a strategic step toward making the state a hub for modern, affordable medical services.
