Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid a heartfelt Markandey Yadav tribute on Thursday morning at the ancestral residence of senior social worker and devoted Gorakshpeeth follower, Markandey Yadav, in Luhsi village, Pipraich. The CM offered a floral wreath and expressed his deep condolences to the bereaved family.

Markandey Yadav, a revered devotee of Gorakshpeeth, passed away on Wednesday morning while undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram. His unwavering faith in Gorakshpeeth and dedication to social service made him a respected figure in the community. CM Yogi Adityanath personally prayed for the departed soul’s eternal peace with Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath.

During the visit, the Chief Minister met Markandey Yadav’s family members, including his wife Guddi Yadav ‘Lakshmi’, sons Sanjeev and Vishal Yadav, daughter Vandana Yadav, brother Harendra Yadav, and son-in-law Himanshu Yadav. He offered them words of comfort and support while personally consoling them. This gesture reinforced the importance of honoring the contributions of senior community leaders.
