UP CM YOGI Adityanath ji reviewed the disposal of revenue promises in the districts and the law and order situation of the state with senior government level officials at Lok Bhawan here today.All the Divisional Commissioners, Police Zone ADG, Police Range IG, District Magistrate, Senior Superintendent of Police/Superintendent of Police etc. officers posted in the field participated in the meeting through video conferencing.
In this special review meeting, CM YOGI ji released the report based on the feedback received from the complainants of the cases coming in Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas and Police Station Day and the feedback received from the public on IGRS and CM Helpline. All departments, Instructions were given to seek clarification from Divisional Commissioners, District Magistrates, Tehsils, Ranges and Police Stations. While discussing the district wise report of pending cases related to measurement and declaration of non-agricultural land, he gave instructions to seek clarification from the District Magistrates.He instructed all Divisional Commissioners and District Magistrates to take action in mission mode for settlement of revenue issues. There should be no injustice to any poor anywhere.Officials of departments related to the public must meet the public at the appointed time. Public hearing should be given priority in every department.
CM YOGI Adityanath ji said that whether the applications received in IGRS or the complainants reaching CM Helpline or police station, tehsil, development block should be heard. Understand the state of mind of the victim/troubled person and respect his/her feelings. The problem of that person should be solved with complete sensitivity.The satisfaction of the complainant and his feedback will be the standard of performance of the officers. Applications related to public complaints/problems should be disposed of satisfactorily.
CM YOGI ji said that matters related to common man like name transfer, measurement, land use change, inheritance etc. should not remain pending under any circumstances. Cases must be disposed of within the stipulated time limit. Every District Magistrate should regularly review the tehsils and the Divisional Commissioner should regularly review the districts of his area. Review how many applications of the common man are pending in which department, why they are pending and fix accountability. Strictest action should be taken against the personnel who file false/misleading reports.
CM YOGI ji said that no one can be given permission to spread anarchy in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Aligarh, Sambhal or any other district. Deal with utmost strictness with the miscreants related to the incident that took place recently in Sambhal district. Those who have damaged public property, the cost of repairing it should be charged from those miscreants. Those spreading anarchy should be identified. For this, seek public cooperation and conduct an intensive search operation. Not even a single miscreant should be spared.
CM YOGI ji said that cases of encroachment at public places are sensitive. The road is for everyone, it is for transportation, it is not for storing building material, making private vehicle parking, making a shop or for unauthorized occupation by anyone. This cannot be accepted.In accordance with the democratic system, a policy of dialogue and coordination should be adopted in cases of encroachment on public places. All District Magistrates and Senior Superintendents of Police/Superintendents of Police, Rural Development Department, In collaboration with the Urban Development Department, through local bodies, ensure that there is no unauthorized encroachment by obstructing traffic anywhere in the state. Wherever there is unauthorized occupation, ensure immediate action.
