SAYS ANY ATTACK ON UNITY AND INTEGRITY OF THE NATION SHOULD BE GIVEN AN APT REPLY
Bhagwant Singh Mann, the chief minister of Punjab, denounced the terror strikes on the Kathua and Doda districts of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, whereby one CRPF jawan was martyred and two others suffered critical injuries.
The Chief Minister denounced the terror incident and stated that such anti-national actions should receive a suitable response. Any attack on the nation’s unity and integrity, he continued, is unjustified and unwanted, and it should be met with a suitable response. According to Bhagwant Singh Mann, defending our borders and thwarting any such attempt is essential to upholding the nation’s sovereignty.
According to the Chief Minister, such occurrences need to be handled severely to prevent a threat to the integrity and unity of the country. According to him, those responsible for this “cowardly” and “unpardonable” act ought to face an intense punishment that serves as a warning to others not to do the same crime in the future. It is regrettable, according to Bhagwant Singh Mann, that a jawan became a martyr while carrying out his duty to protect the nation’s unity, integrity, and sovereignty.
According to the Chief Minister, the bereaved family in particular and the nation as a whole have suffered an irreversible loss. He expressed his condolences to the heroic martyr’s bereaved family and stated that the martyr had shown the highest commitment to carrying out their duty bravely in order to protect the nation’s unity. According to Bhagwant Singh Mann, the bravery of the wounded jawans and the ultimate sacrifice made by this martyr will motivate young people and other soldiers to carry out their responsibilities with even greater dedication and passion.
