Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma met Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and several Union Ministers in New Delhi to discuss the state’s development projects.
During his meeting with the Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla at his Parliament House office, Mr. Sharma held meaningful discussions on ongoing development works, implementation of welfare schemes, and other public interest issues. He also congratulated Om Birla on the Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approving the Kota-Bundi Greenfield Airport earlier in the day.
The Chief Minister also called on Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Jayant Chaudhary. Om Birla ,They discussed the proposal to establish a language lab in Jaipur, which would help the state’s youth acquire essential language skills for global competitiveness and open new employment opportunities. Mr. Sharma also held detailed talks with the Education Minister on innovations in the education sector, implementation of the National Education Policy, and requested the early release of financial grants under the annual action plan.
Further, Mr. Sharma met Union Minister for Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, to review preparations for the upcoming Khelo India University Games-2025, along with other aspects of sports development in the state. Dr. Mandaviya praised the state government’s Mukhyamantri Yuva Rozgar Protsahan Yojana, describing it as a milestone in realizing the aspirations of the youth.
The Chief Minister also visited Union Jal Shakti Minister C.R. Patil at his residence, where they discussed the progress, execution, and future roadmap of key water projects, including the Ramjal Setu Link Project.
Additionally, Mr. Sharma met Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju, in the presence of Union Ministers Pralhad Joshi, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, and Arjun Ram Meghwal.
Finally, Mr. Sharma held discussions with Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, and Minister of State for Personnel and Public Grievances, Dr. Jitendra Singh, on issues related to civil servants of the state and matters concerning the Department of Personnel and Training.
