Bring the mixed vegetables to a boil until they are tender. To make the mixture smooth, lightly mash them.
Put the breadcrumbs, ginger-garlic paste, mashed veggies, boiling potatoes, and all the seasonings in a big bowl. Until a dough forms, thoroughly mix.
