Owning a home in Delhi remains a dream for many due to the soaring property rates, making it unaffordable for most. However, there’s encouraging news for prospective buyers—Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is launching a new premium housing scheme aimed at making home ownership more accessible in the national capital. As per reports, the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 is expected to be rolled out in early August.
Flats to Be Allotted via E-Auction
To purchase a flat under this new scheme, buyers must take part in an e-auction that will be held at the start of next month. Successful bidders may be finalized through a random draw or lottery system following the auction.
The scheme will offer a range of housing options:
39 High-Income Group (HIG) flats in Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B), and Dwarka (Sector 19B)
48 Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Pitampura, and Dwarka
22 Low-Income Group (LIG) flats in Rohini
Additional offerings include:
66 flats under the EHS category in Pocket 9, Nasirpur, Dwarka
2 flats in the SFS Category-II in Sector 18, Rohini, and Shalimar Bagh
16 car garages in Pitampura
51 scooter garages at Mall Road and Ashok Vihar
This provides a comprehensive selection of homes and parking options across sought-after areas in Delhi.

The flat prices vary according to their type:
HIG flats: ₹1.6 crore to ₹2.5 crore
MIG flats: ₹60 lakh to ₹1.5 crore

Meanwhile, the DDA is also preparing for its ‘Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025’, which will offer 7,500 flats with discounted prices—25% off on LIG units and 15% off on EWS, MIG, and HIG flats.
