Bringing relief to prospective homebuyers in the national capital, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is preparing to roll out its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 in August. Under this scheme, around 250 residential units—complete with car and scooter garages—will be made available in key locations such as Ashoka Pahari, Vasant Kunj, Pitampura, Jasola, Rohini, and others.
The scheme received official approval from Lt. Governor VK Saxena on July 11. It includes 177 flats aimed at middle- and lower-income segments, along with 67 garages that will be allotted via e-auction.
Highlights of the Scheme:
As per a Hindustan Times report, 39 High-Income Group (HIG) flats will be offered in prominent areas like Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B), and Dwarka (Sector 19B). Meanwhile, 48 Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats will be available in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka, and Pitampura. Additionally, 22 Low-Income Group (LIG) flats will be offered in Rohini.
The scheme also includes 66 flats under the Economically Weaker Section (EHS) category in Pocket 9, Nasirpur, Dwarka. Two Self-Financing Scheme (SFS) Category-II flats located in Sector 18, Rohini, and Shalimar Bagh are also part of the offering.
Furthermore, the scheme features 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages spread across Mall Road and Ashok Vihar.
