Delhi CM Rekha Gupta launches ‘CM Jansunwai’ app and portal for citizens, ensuring grievance resolution within 15 days. Track complaints online and access 75+ govt services easily.
In a major step towards digital governance, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has launched the ‘CM Jansunwai Portal’ and Mobile App to ensure faster and transparent resolution of citizen grievances. According to the government, all complaints registered through this platform will be resolved within 15 days, with real-time updates provided to the complainant, increasing efficiency and transparency.
Easy Access to Multiple Services
The newly launched portal and mobile app allow citizens to register complaints related to e-District services effortlessly. Additionally, grievances concerning EWS, DG, and CWSN categories can also be filed online. Through the portal, nearly 75 Delhi government services are now accessible digitally, enabling citizens to save time and effort.

Integration with CSC for Wider Reach
CM Rekha Gupta highlighted that these services are now connected with Common Service Centers (CSC), ensuring that even those without smartphones or internet access can utilize the services easily. The portal is also linked with the Digital Service Portal, reducing the need for citizens to visit multiple government offices.
15-Day Resolution Commitment
The Delhi government has assured that every complaint registered via the app or portal will be addressed within 15 days. Complainants will receive regular updates on their mobile phones, eliminating the need for repeated follow-ups. Any delays will be closely monitored to ensure accountability.
Emphasis on Transparency and Accountability
The Chief Minister stressed that the new system will enhance transparency and efficiency in handling grievances. Every complaint will be logged online, allowing citizens to track the status in real-time. Departments and officials will also be held accountable, with the system recording who is responsible for pending cases and the duration of the delay.
Response to Recent Youth Congress Protest
Reacting to the recent Youth Congress protest, CM Rekha Gupta described it as unfortunate and inappropriate. She stated that while the country is advancing rapidly in technology and artificial intelligence, such demonstrations negatively impact India’s image.
With the CM Jansunwai app, Delhi residents can now access government services easily, file complaints, and ensure their issues are resolved efficiently within a stipulated timeframe, reflecting a significant push towards digital governance and citizen-centric services.
