Principal Secretary Tourism, Art and Culture Rajesh Yadav said that the best works being done for the development of cultural, rural, forest, religious and historical tourism areas of Rajasthan, including the development of basic tourism facilities through budget, the grand organization of IIFA in Jaipur, the grand Teej Festival, efforts are being made to take Rajasthan Tourism to the pinnacle. Jaipur, famous for its hospitality and its royal identity, has now been awarded the “Best Cultural Destination” award by Rajasthan Tourism after being included in the top-5 cities to visit in the world in the readers’ survey and voting of the prestigious Travel and Leisure magazine.

Principal Secretary Tourism, Art and Culture Rajesh Yadav informed that on the basis of social media publicity, feedback received from tourists and tourism experts, Rajasthan Tourism has been awarded the “Best Cultural Destination” award during the 10th International Tourism Conference and Travel Awards function organized by iCreative Minds in New Delhi on July 26 (Saturday). The award was received by Ajay Kumar Sharma, Joint Director, Tourism, on behalf of the Rajasthan Tourism Department.
