CM Pushkar Singh Dhami paid floral tributes at the portrait of former President, great philosopher, educationist and thinker Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary. The Chief Minister said that Dr. Radhakrishnan spread the light of values, culture and knowledge in the society through education.
