ECI Announces Special Summary Revision of Electoral Roll for Ludhiana West Bye-Election
The Election Commission of India (ECI) has released the schedule for the Special Summary Revision of the electoral roll for the bye-election in the 64-Ludhiana West constituency.
Providing details, Punjab Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Sibin C stated that the revision, based on the qualifying date of April 1, 2025, will follow the schedule below:

Rationalization of Polling Stations – By April 4, 2025 (Friday)

Publication of Integrated Draft Electoral Roll – April 9, 2025 (Wednesday)

Period for Filing Claims & Objections – April 9 to April 24, 2025 (Wednesday to Thursday)

Disposal of Claims & Objections – By May 2, 2025 (Friday)

Final Publication of Electoral Roll – May 5, 2025 (Monday)
CEO Sibin C also informed that an official communication has been sent to all recognized political parties in the state regarding this revision process for Ludhiana West.
