Expert Analysis
According to Pranav Meer, Vice President, EBG-Commodity & Currency Research, JM Financial Services, the bullion market is under pressure due to profit booking. The focus remains on the US Personal Consumption Expenditure (PCE) data and the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting, which are influencing gold and silver trends.
Meer adds that gold and silver are entering a consolidation phase, with traders divided on price direction. Market participants are awaiting new fundamental triggers to determine the next move in bullion prices.
