Workers as Pillars of National Growth
Addressing the delegates, Governor Bagde emphasized the significant role of laborers in India’s economic rise. “Over the past twelve years, we have achieved remarkable progress across sectors. Economically, India has moved from being the 11th largest economy in 2014 to the 4th largest globally today. Our workers have been central to this transformation,” he said.
Highlighting the importance of responsibility alongside rights, the Governor Haribhau Bagde urged all members of the federation to contribute to society and the nation while protecting their own interests. “Organizations that focus solely on self-interest gradually lose relevance. Every organization must also prioritize societal and national interests,” he said.
