Haryana Chief Minister Approves Improvement of 9 ODR Roads in Karnal District worth more than Rs. 10.59 crore

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh, has granted administrative sanction for the special repair and improvement of 9 ODR roads in Karnal District. This project will cost over Rs. 10.59 crore. The roads serving rural areas of production and providing them with outlet to market centres, tehsil headquarters, block development headquarters, railway stations etc. are known as Other District Roads (ODRs).
Giving more information in this regard, an official spokesperson stated that the projects to taken up include widening and strengthening on Karnal-Kaithal road to village Pingli Narukheri spanning 4.151 km worth Rs. 1.04 crore, Village Kachhwa to Dera Purbian road spanning 2.250 km worth Rs. 1.24 crore, village Shahpur to village Kalampur road spanning 1.650 km worth Rs. 85.22 lakh, Strengthening on village Dabri Kalampur approach road worth more than Rs. 1.58 crore, village Kalampur to Kachhwa road spanning 3.400 km worth Rs. 95.91 lakh.
Furthermore, Widening and strengthening on village Kachhwa to village Zarifabad road spanning 4.320 km worth Rs. 2.19 crore, village Gogripur to Pingli spanning 2.300 km worth Rs. 1.13 crore, village Kachhwa to Behlolpur spanning 4.100 km worth Rs. 1.34 crore, Karnal-Kachhwa-Sambli-Kaul road to Pundark road spanning 1.100 km worth Rs. 22.78 lakh in Karnal District.
