Ensures financial help of Rs. 1 lakh to Ambala resident who suffered crop damage
Chandigarh, July 19-
Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, who is always keen to help the poor and needy in Haryana, once again came forward to help a debt-ridden farmer. On behalf of the CM, his wife Smt. Suman Saini today presented a cheque of Rs. 1 lakh from Chief Minister’s petty grant quota as financial assistance to the farmer’s daughter.
It is worth mentioning that farmer Krishan Kumar, a resident of Khanpur Rajputan village of Ambala district, suffered crop damage after heavy rains due to which he was facing a financial crisis. Krishan Kumar had taken a loan for farming but due to the crop damage, the burden of debt had increased further. Due to this, he was facing difficulties in taking care of his family. His family had requested the Chief Minister for help.
The CM promised assistance to the farmer and today, the farmer’s daughter Ms. Swati reached the CM residence Sant Kabir Kutir and received a cheque of Rs 1 lakh. She expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for this help.
