hief Minister Expresses Grief Over the Martyrdom of Lance Naik Pradeep Nain
Says, assistance will be provided to the family as per rules at the earliest

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh today visited Jajanwala village in Jind district to pay tribute to the martyr Lance Naik Pradeep Nain and offered condolences to the bereaved family. The Chief Minister also spoke with Pradeep Nain’s father, Balwan Nain, and sister, Manju Bala.
Answering questions from the media later, the Chief Minister described the martyr Pradeep Nain as a brave and valiant warrior who laid down his life for the country in an operation against terrorists. He said that Pradeep sacrificed himself for the honor and pride of the nation while defending his motherland. “I salute such a great hero,” he said. “I pray to God to give the bereaved family the strength to bear this unbearable loss. The government stands with Pradeep’s family.”
He informed that according to the assistance policy provided by the Haryana government for the families of martyrs, a financial aid of Rs. 1 crore will be given to Pradeep Nain’s family soon. He also stated that the family will receive any other assistance or facilities provided under the rules of the central government, state government, and army as soon as possible.
Pradeep Nain was a commando in the Para Special Forces and was martyred on July 6 in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, while fighting terrorists. He is survived by his parents, wife, and sister.
On this occasion, Narwana constituency MLA, Sh. Ramniwas Surjakhera, former MP, Sh. Ashok Tanwar, Deputy Commissioner, Sh. Imran Raza, besides other dignitaries also paid their tributes to the martyr Pradeep Nain.
