CM Nayab Singh announces, Dahina Block to get the status of  Sub-Division

Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini, on Wednesday, inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for six major development projects worth over Rs. 23 crore during the Dhanyawad programme held at the Kosli Assembly constituency in Rewari district. The projects include the inauguration of four initiatives valued at Rs. 20.53 crore and the foundation of two projects costing Rs. 2.51 crore.

The inaugurated projects include a 33 KV substation in Bohka, a road connecting Dhawana to Mandola, a PHC in Bohatwas Ahir, and a Senior Secondary School building in Lilodh. Besides this, foundation stones were laid for the Gugod to Tumbaheri road and the Mussepur to Haluhera connecting road.

CM Nayab Singh announced that Dahina block will get the status of sub-division once the required criteria are met. He further announced that Sub health centers will be constructed in village Natheda and Surkhpur, subject to availability of panchayat land. Primary health centers will be built in village Gudiani and Ratnathal on availability of land. Water works (Jal ghar) will be constructed in the village Motalkalan. He said that a college will be constructed in Jatusana soon, besides this the Bhurthala Distributary will be renovated. He announced that the villages Bhadangi and Nayagaon Minor will be reconstructed.

CM Nayab Singh Saini announced that a bridge will be constructed on the minor in village Balawas on the way from village Nagal to Dehlavas. Besides this,  a bridge will be constructed on the Jawahar Lal Nehru Canal on the way from village Luhana to Khaleta. He said that the problem of waterlogging in the fields in Bas, Pahrajvas and Summa Kheda, Ratnathal and Lilodh will be resolved. Work on Kosli flyover will be done at a fast pace, he announced.

The Chief Minister announced to give Rs 10 crore for the renovation of PWD roads in Kosli assembly and Rs 5 crore for strengthening the roads of the Marketing Board. Apart from this, Rs. 5 crore was announced for the renovation of schools in Kosli assembly. Apart from the above announcements, the Chief Minister announced a separate Rs 5 crore for the development works of Kosli.

CM Nayab Singh Saini stated that before the tenure of former Prime Minister, Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, villages lacked paved roads, making it difficult to access homes, especially during the rains. However, after assuming office, Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee decided to allocate 60 percent of the budget to rural development. Following his vision, the BJP government has successfully transformed rural infrastructure, said the Chief Minister.

People gave a befitting reply to those who make political gains by saying that the Constitution is under threat – CM

CM Nayab Singh said that in both the previous Lok Sabha elections and the current Assembly elections, the people of Haryana have delivered a strong response to those forces seeking to exploit the situation for political gain by claiming that the Constitution is under threat. He also said that the people rejected those who sought to abolish reservations, announce job distributions before elections, and promise one job for every 50 votes. By defeating the politics of regionalism and nepotism, the people have given the BJP the opportunity to serve Haryana for a third term. He expressed his gratitude to the people of Haryana for their support.

In the last 10 years, Rs 896 crore was spent on development works in Kosli assembly constituency

CM Nayab Singh Saini said that over the past 10 years, the BJP government has consistently worked towards the development of this area. During this period, approximately Rs 896 crore has been allocated for development projects, whereas the Congress government spent only Rs 352 crore on similar works during its 10-year rule in the constituency. He assured that in the third term of the current government, development will progress three times faster. He also highlighted that under the Congress government, corruption was widespread, depriving people of the benefits of various welfare schemes.

Divulging the information about the development works done by the state government in Kosli assembly constituency, the Chief Minister said that the Kosli Gudiyani road has been repaired at a cost of Rs 34.84  crore. Palhawas was given the status of  sub-tehsil. Besides this, Government College was established in Kosli at a cost of Rs 30.51 crore. Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya’s  Regional Centre building was constructed at Lulaahir at a cost of Rs 15 crore. New building of Government College Kanwali was constructed at a cost of Rs 11 crore, he shared.

Congress should clarify what actions their government took for the benefit of farmers

CM Nayab Singh  criticized Congress for failing to share the details of any meaningful work done for farmers during their rule. He said that compared to Congress,  the BJP government has taken several decision in the interest of the farmers, including ensuring 100 percent purchase of state farmers’ crops at MSP.

He said that opposition parties used to spread lies about the  Agniveer during elections, but our government has decided to offer 10 percent reservation for Agniveers in direct recruitment for government jobs after their retirement from the army.

CM Nayab Singh  said that the income limit for the creamy layer of the backward class has been increased from Rs. 6 lakh to Rs. 8 lakh. He further shared that the government will introduce a new scheme starting from the upcoming academic session, under which students from scheduled and backward class families studying in any government medical or engineering college across the country will have their fees paid by the government. Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the state government is dedicated to ensuring equal development across all of Haryana and for every Haryanvi.

No one in Congress capable of forming a government in the next 10 years – Rao Inderjit Singh

On this occasion, Union Minister of State Rao Inderjit Singh said that the Kosli region has consistently supported the BJP for four consecutive terms. Today, as the Chief Minister visits this area, the people here are hopeful that the Kosli region will gain further momentum in terms of development. He said that the development works in the state will be carried out in line with Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’.

He said that the Kosli constituency has played a crucial role in securing the formation of the government for the third time in Haryana. This constituency has supported the BJP even during challenging times. He mentioned that while people once predicted the formation of a Congress government, the reality is that for the next 10 years, there will be no one in Congress capable of forming a government.

Welcoming the Chief Minister at the event, Health Minister Kumari Arti Singh Rao said that even before taking oath, the Chief Minister had provided government jobs to 25,000 youths in the state without any expense and slips. She said that the credit for the momentum in forming the Bharatiya Janata Party government in South Haryana goes to the people of Kosli. She further said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini, Haryana will continue to progress on the path of development.

On this occasion, MLA Sh. Anil Yadav submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister regarding the development works related to the Kosli Assembly constituency. MLA Sh.  Laxman Yadav, Sh. Krishan Kumar, Sh. Om Prakash Yadav, Sh. Kanwal Singh, and MLA Smt. Bimla Chaudhary also remained present on this occasion.
