The High Powered Purchase Committee (HPPC), chaired by Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, approved the procurement of critical materials and services worth approximately Rs 3,300 crore during a meeting held on Tuesday. Discussions included proposals from multiple departments, with negotiations leading to savings of around Rs 127 crore, strengthening the state’s fiscal management.
