School Management Committees: A Strong Link Between Teachers and Parents: Education Minister

Haryana Minister of State for Education Minister, Smt. Seema Trikha, stated that school management committees are functioning as a strong link between teachers and parents. Our goal is to shape and enhance the future and lives of every student. Minister said increasing enrollment in schools and ensuring quality education is our prime objective. Smt. Trikha was addressing the district-level School Management Committee training and conference in Panchkula today.
Haryana Minister of State for Education Minister mentioned that from today, for the next 11 days, district-level conferences will be organized by the School Management Committees across all districts of the state. These programs will focus on reducing the gap between teachers and parents and will involve discussions for the bright future of children.
Encouraging students, committee officers, parents, and teachers, she said that under the Nipun Haryana Mission, students are taught to understand basic education along with the skills of reading, writing, and solving basic mathematical problems. Every child must be brought to school, ensuring no child stays at home, Minister added.
On this occasion, the Haryana Minister of State for Education Minister reviewed the educational aids created at low cost and the exhibition of knowledge enhancement systems displayed by students at 15 stalls and interacted with the students.
The Speaker of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Sh. Gian Chand Gupta, attended as a guest of honor. In his address, he called on the youth to stay away from drugs and urged the School Management Committees to be proactive in the upliftment of schools. Praising the officers of the education department in Haryana, the Speaker said that the department is working with quality for the bright future of the students.
The event was attended by Panchkula Mayor, Sh. Kulbhushan Goyal and Director General, Elementary Education, Sh. Rippudaman Singh Dhillon, among other dignitaries.
