Haryana News: In the Kunhari neighborhood of this city, a 20-year-old NEET candidate was discovered hanging from the ceiling fan in his dorm room. His parents believe he was murdered, according to authorities on Monday.
According to the police, this is the seventh suspected suicide case this year involving a NEET or JEE candidate in this tutoring cluster.
According to the authorities, Sumit Panchal, a resident of Rohtak, Haryana, has been studying for the NEET at a tutoring center for more than a year.
His parents have insisted on an unbiased inquiry into the situation and the filing of a murder complaint against unidentified individuals.
Assistant Sub-Inspector Kaptan, who is looking into the situation, stated that a medical board is being formed to do the autopsy at the request of the deceased’s parents.

Haryana News: According to the ASI, the youngster hanged himself approximately nine hours prior to the hostel workers discovering his death.
According to them, Panchal’s body was discovered hanging from his room’s ceiling fan on Sunday night at the hostel in Landmark City, which is under the jurisdiction of the Kunhari police station.
But according to the police, Panchal’s parents accused him of being murdered because of the deep cut on his neck from the rope, which was not sustained by hanging.
According to them, a case of unnatural death under Criminal Procedure Code Section 174 has been filed.
The youth’s hostel room contained no suicide notes, and the motive for taking such drastic measures is still unknown, according to Arvind Bhardwaj, the Circle Inspector (CI) of the Kunhari police station, who made this announcement on Monday.
According to the police, Panchal was scheduled to sit the NEET-UG exam the following month.
He supposedly hanged himself at midday on Sunday, but the CI indicated that it wasn’t until approximately 9:30 pm that the warden discovered the body and called the police that the situation was discovered.
Haryana News: He said that a police squad raced to the scene, removed the body, and took it to the MBS Hospital mortuary for a post-mortem.
He said that the lack of an anti-suicide device installed with the ceiling fan in the hostel room was a flagrant violation of safety regulations and may have prevented the tragedy.
Haryana News: As for the deceased, they suspected foul play when their father, uncle, and grandfather arrived in Kota on Monday morning to claim the body.
According to his uncle, his nephew was murdered rather than taking his own life.
“Sumit was a good student and would always reassure us that we would place in the top ten. Speaking to PTI outside the mortuary, Sumit’s uncle Surendra Panchal stated, “He cannot die by suicide.”
Haryana News: He insisted on a medical board’s autopsy, claiming that the wound in his neck was too deep to have been caused by hanging.
Since January of this year, Panchal’s death represents the eighth suspected suicide case involving coaching pupils in Kota.
The biggest number of coaching students to date—26—took the drastic step in this coaching center last year.
