HSSC will conduct written examination for Group 56 and 57 posts on 17th and 18th August

  • Examination centers have been set up in 6 districts, about 45000 candidates will appear for the examination

HSSC: Haryana Staff Selection Commission Chairman Mr. Himmat Singh said that the Commission will conduct written examinations for Group-56 and Group-57 posts on August 17 and 18.

He stated that examination centers have been established in six districts namely Panchkula, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Karnal, and Panipat. About 45,000 candidates will appear for the examination. He said that the Commission is committed to ensure that all recruitments are conducted with transparency and fairness.

Himmat Singh said that a meeting with the nodal officers of the police and district administration from all six districts has been scheduled for August 16 at the Haryana Staff Selection Commission office in Sector 2, Panchkula.

On August 16, at 1 pm, a meeting of the officials of the districts nominated for the examination centers will be held under the chairmanship of the respective Deputy Commissioner. One member of the Commission will also be present in each district in the meeting.

He said that the candidates will be screened at the time of entry into the examination centres and they will be allowed entry only through biometrics. Along with this, the process will be videographed.

He urged candidates to avoid bringing mobile phones, electronic devices, hidden cameras, and other equipment into the examination centers. Female candidates are also requested not to wear earrings, nose pins, or other jewelry.

He stated that the goal is to conduct a fully secure examination with stringent arrangements in place. If any candidate is caught using unfair means during the exam, strict legal action will be taken against them.

He mentioned that all examination centers will be monitored by CCTV cameras, with live feeds being managed from the control room at the Commission’s headquarters in Panchkula. Besides, free travel will be provided to candidates on Haryana Roadways buses.
