International Yoga Day 2024: Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston is a yoga practitioner. Her yoga experience started in 2005, and according to Hello Magazine, it helps her “rebalance and realign, and address any muscular imbalances in the body.” It’s excellent for promoting better breathing and mental calmness.
Kate Hudson is a yoga enthusiast as well. “Yesterday was #InternationalDayOfYoga and seeing as I’m vacationing I forgot to post which I really wanted to because yoga was a huge part of supporting my pregnancy,” the woman wrote on Instagram in 2019.
