Isudan Gadhvi accuses BJP of filing fake cases on AAP leaders in Gujarat to intimidate opposition while ignoring crime and law enforcement failures.
Gujarat Pradesh Congress leader and AAP state president Isudan Gadhvi has strongly criticized the BJP government in Gujarat, alleging that the ruling party has resorted to intimidation as AAP gains popularity. According to Gadhvi, the BJP is filing fake cases on AAP leaders in Gujarat to suppress the voices of opposition and weaken the party’s influence.
BJP Accused of “Politics of Fear”
Speaking to the media, Isudan Gadhvi said that democracy in Gujarat is under threat. He claimed that any AAP worker or leader raising public concerns is immediately targeted. “The BJP government is misusing police and administrative machinery to curb AAP’s growing influence. These are clear instances of fake cases on AAP leaders in Gujarat,” he asserted.
Questioning Law and Order Amid Drug Sales
Gadhvi also highlighted concerns regarding law enforcement, saying that opium and other narcotics are openly sold in Gujarat, yet the government is more focused on persecuting political opponents. “Instead of catching real criminals, the BJP is registering fake cases on AAP leaders in Gujarat and arresting them immediately,” he added, calling the actions politically motivated and symptomatic of governance failure.

Despite arrests and intimidation, Isudan Gadhvi emphasized that AAP will not bow to fear. “Filing fake cases on AAP leaders in Gujarat is a sign of BJP’s desperation. He added that the people of Gujarat are watching and will respond strongly in the future.

Gadhvi reaffirmed that AAP will continue to raise its voice against corruption and illegal activities in the state. He urged the BJP to prioritize public safety and uphold law and order instead of suppressing political opposition.
