Minister Madan Dilawar : On the eve of Surya Saptami on Monday, Surya Namaskar was organized in Rajasthan at a historic level. Under the leadership of Minister Madan Dilawar, a state-level program was held at SMS Football Ground in Jaipur, in which thousands of students participated. The event was organized by Joint Director School Education Jaipur, and Minister Madan Dilawar performed Surya Namaskar with the students in the front row, as well as highlighted the benefits of Yoga and Surya Upasana. He encouraged the students to practice yoga regularly.

About four thousand school students participated in the event, which began at 9 am and practiced various asanas of Surya Namaskar with chanting. During this, Minister Madan Dilawar told the students about the importance of Yoga and Surya Upasana and successfully performed all the asanas together with everyone. He appealed to all to perform Surya Namaskar regularly so that they can reap the benefits of good health.

Minister Madan Dilawar said that Surya Namaskar not only strengthens physical health, but also enhances mental peace and confidence. This keeps both body and mind healthy, increases positive thinking, and we move in the direction of continuous improvement. The Minister congratulated the students, Yoga enthusiasts, parents and all the members of the Education Department on the occasion and gave a message to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Secretary, School Education, Shri Krishna Kunal described Yoga as the heritage of ancient India, while Director Secondary Education, Shri Ashish Modi expressed his gratitude for the successful organization of the event. Secretary, Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Rajasthan, Dr. Neeraj K. Pawan, State Project Director, Rajasthan School Education Council, Smt. Anupama Jorwal, Additional State Project Director, Shri Suresh Kumar Bunkar, Joint Director, Jaipur, Smt. Manju Sharma, members of Krida Bharati and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
