Minister of Education: A new building will be constructed at a cost of Rs 2.50 crore.
Education Minister Madan Dilawar on Wednesday performed the bhoomi pujan for the construction of a new building of the Government Shastri Sanskrit College located in Chechat of Kota district.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion of laying the foundation stone of this building to be built at a cost of Rs. 2.50 crore, Minister of Education Dilawar said that Sanskrit is the mother of all languages and it contains immense knowledge. He pointed out that Sanskrit has been an important contributor to all research so far, and even today scientists across the world are studying ancient Sanskrit texts for new inventions.
The Minister of Education also informed that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma are making continuous efforts to promote Sanskrit language. He said that the Chief Minister has accepted the request to open Adarsh Veda Vidyalaya at Chechat. 15 bighas of land has been allotted for this school, and the construction work will be started soon.
