CM Dr. Yadav has thanked Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal and Ken-Betwa river linking projects. He said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has gifted two big projects to the state in eight days. We are fortunate that Madhya Pradesh is becoming the first state in the country to implement river-linking projects. It is also necessary to work on the possibility of interlinking rivers in the state. This will benefit the drought-affected areas of the state. Public representatives should be active in making the residents of the implementation area aware of the benefits of the projects, maintaining mutual dialogue with them, and ensuring that the implementation of the projects is not delayed due to personal interest or anti-development mentality. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the members of the Cabinet before the meeting. The meeting of the Cabinet under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav began with the rendition of Vande Mataram in Mantralaya. Members of the Cabinet felicitated Chief Minister Dr. Yadav by presenting him with a bouquet for the launch of the Ken Betwa Link Project by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the implementation of the country’s first river-linking projects in Madhya Pradesh.

CM Dr. Yadav informed that land ownership record distribution conferences are being held in 46 districts for beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Swamitva Yojana. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will join these programmes through video conference. All the Cabinet members and public representatives should also participate in these conferences. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while discussing the Krishi Unnati Yojana, also appealed to motivate the farmers of the state to produce coarse grains. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Modi for the Bhoomi Pujan of the Atal Gram Seva Sadans.
4 lakh 80 thousand applications approved in Jan Kalyan Abhiyan
CM Dr. Yadav said that out of the 30 thousand 697 camps proposed in the Mukhya Mantri Jan-Kalyan Abhiyan being run in the state, 8 thousand 549 camps have been organized so far. 6 lakh 81 thousand applications were received in these camps. Out of this, 70 percent i.e. 4 lakh 80 thousand applications have been approved. A maximum of 1 lakh 98 thousand 297 applications were received in the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Applications related to obtaining copies of Khasra-Khatauni, registration of construction workers, old age pension, and PM Kisan have also been received in large numbers. A maximum of 94 thousand 672 applications were received in Ujjain. Similarly, 44 thousand 516 applications were received in Seoni, 26 thousand 609 in Gwalior, 21 thousand 55 in Khandwa, and 20 thousand 189 in Balaghat. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while instructing all Cabinet members to participate in Jankalyan camps in the districts under their charge and to continuously review the Mukhya Mantri Jankalyan Abhiyan at the district level, told them to ensure that the benefits of the camps and campaign are made available to every eligible beneficiary.
