MP News: According to an investigator, the accused was pressuring the 23-year-old woman to get married and wanted her home in Guna, Madhya Pradesh.
According to a police officer on Thursday, a 24-year-old male was taken into custody in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, for reportedly raping, beating, and torturing a woman by applying glue to her mouth and chilli powder to her wounds.
The accused Ayan Pathan, according to police officer Dileep Rajoriya, was pressuring the 23-year-old woman to be married. He cited the woman’s mother as claiming that he desired their home as well.
MP News: Rajoriya stated that following her mother’s announcement to Pathan that she had sold the house, the accused allegedly beat the hospitalized and reportedly stable woman with a belt and a pipe. Rajoriya claimed, “He put glue on her lips and mouth and chili on her wounds to stop her from screaming.” He said that when Pathan attacked the victim, her mother was in Shivpuri.

The accused allegedly raped the woman repeatedly while holding her captive for a month, the woman informed authorities. She managed to get away on Tuesday, and Pathan is said to have followed and tormented her.
According to the police, Pathan was detained on Wednesday night for allegedly supplying alcohol illegally. Sections 376 (rape), 294 (obscene language), 323 (voluntarily causing pain), and the Excise Act have all been cited against the accused. Police stated that following an investigation, they might file more charges.
