CM Nayab Singh Saini attended Khet Bachao Abhiyan in Rewari, launching ₹121 crore projects and Haryana FPO Mission-2026 for farmers’ welfare.

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini participated in the closing ceremony of the ‘Khet Bachao Abhiyan’ held in Bawal, Rewari district. The event also witnessed the presence of Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who joined the programme as a special guest.

During the occasion, development projects worth ₹121 crore were inaugurated and their foundation stones laid, covering a total of 11 key infrastructure and rural development initiatives aimed at strengthening the region’s growth.

The Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini emphasized that both the Central and State governments are working continuously to increase farmers’ income and promote modern agricultural practices. He highlighted that natural farming, digital agriculture, soil health management, crop diversification, and climate-smart agriculture remain the core pillars of Haryana’s agricultural policy.

He further stated that the government is actively promoting technology-driven farming methods to improve productivity and ensure sustainable agricultural growth. According to him, these initiatives will not only enhance farmers’ income but also strengthen rural economic development.

On the same occasion, the Haryana FPO Mission-2026 was formally launched. The mission aims to empower Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), connect farmers directly with markets, and promote value addition in agricultural produce.

Officials present at the event said that the new initiatives will play a significant role in transforming Haryana’s agricultural landscape and improving the livelihood of farmers across the state.
