The NEET 2026 Paper Leak gained traction on social media hours before the exam started, yet the NTA reportedly dismissed these early warnings, insisting that everything was under control. Jha lambasted this “denial mode,” stating that the agency’s constant refrain of “investigation is underway” has become a hollow promise. He pointed out that despite years of similar leaks, no major kingpin or high-ranking official has ever been brought to justice, leading to a complete erosion of trust in the testing system.
Jha’s message to the nation’s youth was a call for immediate collective action. He argued that the current administration’s inability to conduct a transparent and honest examination reflects a larger failure in governance. He warned that if the young people of India remain silent today, they will only face a new exam followed by a new leak tomorrow. The AAP leader demanded not just a CBI probe, which the government has recently ordered, but a complete overhaul of the examination infrastructure and the immediate resignation of those responsible for this recurring negligence.
As the CBI zeros in on potential “insider roles” and arrests continue across Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Pune, the frustration among the 2.3 million registered candidates continues to boil over.
