Pavel Durov – Telegram’s Billionaire Founder to Distribute Wealth Among 100+ Biological Children
June 19, 2025 — In a revelation that’s turning heads across the tech world, Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov has announced plans to leave his entire $13.9 billion fortune to more than 100 children he claims as his own — both through natural conception and years of sperm donation.

In an interview with Le Point magazine, Durov, 40, explained that he considers all the children he has fathered equally. While he has six children from three known partners, he says that, over the past 15 years, his sperm donations have resulted in over 100 biological children.
“I make no distinction between my children: there are those conceived naturally, and those born from my sperm donations,” Durov told the magazine. “They are all my children, and they will all have the same rights.”
Inheritance… but Not Yet
Despite his pledge to divide his wealth equally among them, Pavel Durov also made it clear that his children will not gain access to his fortune for 30 years, starting from 2025. “I wrote my will very recently,” he said. “They will only be able to access it after that time.”
